Public Notice: Annual Report 2010/2011. Invitation for comments and inputs

Notice is herewith given in terms of Section 127 (5) of the MunicipalFinanceManagementAct, Act 56 of 2003, that the Sedibeng District Municipality Councilhas approved its Annual Report 2010/2011 on 30 January 2011.
The Executive Mayor of the Sedibeng District Municipality, his Excellency Councillor Mahole Simon Mofokeng, in terms of Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 0f 2000,
hereby invites all interested stakeholders, parties, structures and organisations to access, peruse and or submit comments or inputs regarding the 2010/2011 Annual Report. This document is available at all libraries within Sedibeng Region, SDM’s Website, and the District and Local Municipality offices.
Inputs and comments by interested stakeholders, parties, structures and organisations may be submitted at theSedibeng District Municipality offices, corner Leslie and Beaconsfield avenues, Vereeniging 1939 OR postedto P.O. Box 471, Vereeniging 1930, on or before 25 February 2012.
