The purpose of the tour was to gain first hand experience of the location, scale and nature of this extensive development 17km from the Johannesburg CBD and within the boundaries of Sedibeng.

The development by Medallist, an international developer of award winning communities, promises a mixture of residential opportunities.

The exclusive residential golf estate is developed in conjunction with Greg Norman who is not just an advisor in the project but also a co-developer (Great White Shark Enterprises).

In addition to the golf estate several other developments are anticipated to accommodate middle income families. The development will integrate the communities of Sedibeng with that of Johannesburg as Gauteng moves towards its aim of a Global City Region.
