Vision
Management Support Services is an innovative, dynamic and development cluster that efficiently and consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of the Council and the other clusters.

Mission
The provision of a professional, quality and responsive Management Service in an effective and economically sound manner to our clients by:

  • Providng an IM service and solutions to end-users;
  • Monitoring and defveloping the Records Section to ensure speedy flow of documents through Council;
  • Adhering to sound management, personnel and administrative principles;
  • Assisting and leading Council to abide by and adhere to all applicable legislation;
  • Ensuring timeous and correct agendae and minutes;
  • Contributing to the growth and development of Council as a whole;
  • Promoting the Batho Pele principle.
