Campaign for Public Transport Month

On the 17 th October 2006 the Municipal Manager, Mrs Lisa Seftel, Members of the Mayoral Committee and some Councillors of Sedibeng District Municipality took upon themselves to make commuters and the public at large aware of the Public Transport month campaign.

They boarded a train from the Residentia railway station to Vereeniging Station. Part of their journey was to observe on the reliability of our Public Transport and to question commuters on their perceptions and safety of the Public Transport.
